The LICENSOR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software conditional upon the following limitations:

  1. Install and use the Software on Computer or Computers only being within the Purchased software License type and its limitations identified on the purchase order or other documentation relating to this License Agreement.
  2. Copy the software onto the hard disk of the computer and retain the original for archival purposes only.
You may not:
  1. Use the Software for purposes other than as authorized in this License Agreement or knowingly permit anyone else to do so
  2. Disclose any part of the Product to anyone or make any part of the Software, documentation or other material you may receive from Miroslav Rajcic relating to the Product available to anyone
  3. Sell, transfer, sublicense, lend, rent, lease or give the product to any third party or allow any third party to use the product unless you are an Authorized Reseller or have written permission from Miroslav Rajcic.
  4. Transfer this to another person or allow another person to use such other versions.
  5. Use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, or permit others to do so, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

The registered "NoteCase Pro" software may not be rented or leased. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the author of this software. Installing and using "NoteCase Pro" signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove "NoteCase Pro" files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
